Ecological Analysis & Skills Assessment
The Ecological Analysis & Skills Assessment is a comprehensive, individualized evaluation driven by the individual’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals. Through interviews, observations, and assessment across relevant environments, we identify meaningful vocational opportunities that align with what the individual enjoys and excels at. We then examine the demands of those potential work settings and determine the skills that would support success.
Families receive a detailed, person-centered intervention package outlining how to teach and support the development of the identified skills. If caregivers would like additional coaching or training on implementing these strategies, those sessions may be added as a separate service.

Mission
Our mission is to equip adolescents with the foundational skills and guidance they need to confidently transition into meaningful vocational opportunities after school. By identifying strengths, interests, and skill gaps early, we help families prepare for a smoother, more supported move into adulthood and future employment.
Vision
Our vision is to support individuals with disabilities in securing employment where they feel happy, confident, and proud to work—roles that honor their strengths, reflect their interests, and support their long-term success.
